    3. Customized Orders

    Customized products are specially designed according to customer requirements.

    • Customers can upload up to 5 reference images for customization.
    • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once the stitching or production process has started.
    • Minor variations may occur in customized outfits compared to reference images.

    4. Pricing & Payments

    • All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹).
    • Prices may change without prior notice.
    • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

    5. Shipping & Delivery

    • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and customization requirements.
    • BSquare Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
    • Customers must provide accurate shipping details while placing orders.

    6. Return & Exchange Policy

    • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Ready-made products can only be exchanged in case of damaged or incorrect items received.
    • Any issue regarding damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos.

    7. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch or before customization work begins.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time.
