Refund & Return Policy

At BSquare Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Customized Products

Since customized outfits are specially designed and stitched based on customer preferences, customized orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has started.


2. Ready-Made Products

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Major manufacturing defect

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or unboxing videos as proof.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or stitched products
  • Products purchased during sale or offer periods
  • Used, washed, or damaged items caused after delivery
  • Products without original tags or packaging

4. Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • Exchange will be processed after the returned item is received and verified.
  • Customers may need to bear return shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch or before customization work begins.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
